You need to send inquiry to us by email, fax, phone call, MSN or online message, please advise the stone specification and requirements, such as the item number, stone color, dimension, surface finishing, edge style, quantity, layout and drawing, etc.
2.Quote
Our sales would respond and quote accordingly in 24 hours after we receive the inquiry.
Always we provide the CAD, 3D drawings or give suggestions to assist our customers to improve the jobs.
3.Placing an order
When both customer and Nenstone come to agreement with the price, quality, quantity, processing details, delivery time, payment terms, etc, we will prepare the Proforma Invoice with all the detailed order information for you.
4.Payment
You pay the deposit first according to the proforma invoice.
Upon completing the production, you pay us the balance.
5.Production
We start to organize the production strictly as per the proforma invoice as soon as we receive the deposit.
We keep you update informed of the production process.
6.Quality control & Inspection report
Our professional inspectors would check all the cargos during the production until all of them are completed and qualified.
We submit a full inspection report to customer to ensure everything is ok before the shipment. You arrange balance payment after you approve that the job has been done well.
7.Delivery
We arrange the container loading, wooden crates’ fumigation, and the custom clearance.
8.Arrival
Upon we got your all balance, we send you all documents ( including bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, as well as other concerning documents required )
9.Feedback & After sales service
Customer gives feedback of the products to us. If you have any problem in your installation or usage, or if you need any other help, please contact our sales.
