1.Why does the texture and color vary from stone to stone?
All natural stone is a product of nature and subject to variations. Characteristics such as veining and mineral deposits will affect each piece. Stone will not only vary from quarry to quarry but also from stone to stone. Every natural stone is unique; no two stones are the same exactly.

2.What’s your payment term?
We accept TT, and irrevocable L/C at sight.

In some cases clients require special customized design, or the trading amount is small, or client who deals with us for the first time, the deposit might have to be 40% or 50%.

3.Could I get a stone sample?
Yes, normally the stone samples (small size & polished surface) are available free of charge, while the courier cost are colleted except for some long-term partners. We usually supply the size 150×150×10mm(6″ x 6″ x 3/8″) or 100×100×10mm (4″ x 4″ x 3/8″). The courier cost could be paid by Western Union or T/T, or you could provide the courier account.

4.What’s the minimum quantity you require?
No minimum order requirement. We sell to wholesaler, retailer and individual with different price policy. Please note when the quantity is small, the unit cost would probably be higher.

The proforma invoice would specify all the order details clearly. Our production department produces the order strictly according to the agreement. Our inspectors check the stones piece by piece carefully and submit an inspection report to the customer to ensure everything is ok before shipment.

7.How do you prevent the stone products from breakage?
Firstly our professional workers are specialized in designing and making various wooden creates or bundles. For different products, such as tiles, countertops, fireplace, statues, slabs, monuments, they have different way to strengthen the packing. Secondly, for each shipment, we will have the company staff to go to the port and watch the goods successful loaded into the container. They will instruct the dockworkers to strengthen the wooden bundles or crates, and tell the dockworkers how to make the crates or bundles firmly loaded into the container. Besides, they will take the photos on container loading and make sure that all crates or bundles are shipped in good conditions.

8.Could you provide shop drawing as per my sketch?
Yes, definitely, we can convert your sketches into CAD shop drawings. However the sketch should specify all the detailed information, such as the stone colors, stone size, edging style, sink cutout size and position, etc.

9.Do you also make customized design?
Yes, we can do any dimension of stone products according to the customer’s design. In addition, our engineers could provide CAD or 3D drawing and give suggestions to help our customers to proceed with the customized design well.

10.How to calculate the weight of the stone products? And how much stone could be loaded per 20’ container?
The density of most stones ranges from 2600 to 3000KGS per cubic meter. The marble is around 2600 per cubic meter, while the granite is around 2700 KGS per cubic meter except for some black granite like Black Galaxy or China Absolute Black, which density could be 3000KGS per cubic meter.
Besides the stone, here we assume there might be 1000KGS for the weight of the wooden crates in one 20’ container.
In Europe, South America and the Middle East, the weight limitation of 20’ container is 27ton. In this way, generally a 20’ container could load 950 m2 of 1 cm thickness tiles, or 470 m2 of 2cm tiles, or 300 m2 of 3 cm slabs.
In the U.S., if the weight limitation of 20’ container is 16.3 ton, then a 20’ container could load 6000 sq ft of 3/8” tiles, or 3000 sq ft of 3/4” tiles, or 2000 sq ft of 1 1/4” slabs approximately.

11. How long can my order be completed?
It depends on the quantity and order details. Generally it needs 2 – 4 weeks for the production time upon we receive the deposit, and one more week for the crates’ fumigation and custom clearing.
